The company offers a specialized steam sterilisation service for small lots (to 150 kgs) of hard to treat sensitive food supplement and nutraceutical product, which service has the objective of retaining maximum bioactive plant or material content post sterilisation.
Procedure is to initially discuss the customers desired outcome and to set out a mutually agreed planned sterilisation method. As individual sterilisation methods may vary for different customer product, pricing is subject to negotiation.
Steaming procedure means that rough milled product is the starting point for treatment followed by fine milling and laboratory analysis. COA reports are issued with all other report documentation
